Now 26 & married, was adopted by great parents & brought up in a Christian home. In my teens I questioned 'why do I believe what I was brought up to believe?' I mean I could have been brought up in any faith & thought that was the right way...I also felt let down by some Christians. I quickly learnt that people can always let you down & it shouldn't really affect what you believe. So I did what I wanted to do & not what my parents wanted me to do. It was during this time of searching that I decided for myself that God is real & true & an important part of my life. The songs I write are based on life, those that surround me and also an expression of what I believe.
